The Council of Young Scientists of the Insitute of High Temperaure Electrochemistry (CYS IHTE) presents young researchers. It is a part and regional division of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The Council consists of Regional division Chairman, Scientific divisions chairmen, and Representative of trade union of RAS.
