SCIENCE AND UNIVERSITIES is a national project of Russian Federation Government. World-scale integrative academic and research, development and production structures are developed within the framework of this Project. The level of regional systems of higher education and science is upgraded by aggregation of the resources of both parties.
The Project is aimed at the achievement of significant results in the fields reported in the priorities of the Science and Technology Strategy of the Russian Federation as well as boosting Russian Science and Education.
The National Project is supposed to attract attention of Russian and foreign researchers, young scientists undergraduate and post graduate students to Russian Science and Education.
