One hundred best inventions

     Since 2007, Rospatent jointly with the Federal Institute of Industrial Property publish the annual list of patents “100 best inventions of Russia”. In the list for 2017 was included an invention of IHTE UB RAS authors Lyudmila A. Yolshina and Roman V. Muradymov “Method of synthesis of metal-graphene nanocomposites” (patent RU2623410).

      The invention relates to the chemical industry, more specifically to the production of metal-graphene nanocomposite materials with improved structure and physical properties that meet the requirements of the aerospace industry, which can be used in the aerospace, electrical and electrical industries. The technical result achieved by the claimed method consists in the production of a homogeneous metal nanocomposite material with reduced density and increased hardness, strength, modulus of elasticity and relative elongation at break.

      IHTE is included in the list of “100 best inventions of Russia” for the third time. Earlier there were inventions “A method of producing nano- and microstructure powders and/or crystalline and/or X-ray amorphous silica fibers” (patent RU2486290) and “Method for the production of silicon nano- or microfiber structure” (patent RU2399698)
