On the Day of Russian Science celebrated on February 8 the Interfax-Ural press conference devoted to the latest developments of the Ural scientists was held. Ekaterina Antonova, researcher of Laboratory of solid oxide fuel cells of IHTE UB RAS, reported about the new materials for electrochemical power sources which would make it more accessible and effective. Power units developed in IHTE are to be used at the stations of cathodic protection of the gas pipeline “Power of Siberia”.
