The IHTE UB RAS representatives took part in the International Forum of technological innovations of Russia and Republic of Kazakhstan, which was held on 18th-19th November in the Ural Federal University. Dedyukihn A.E., the Deputy Director of IHTE UB RAS, made a report “Novel investigations in science and technology in the field of electrochemistry” within the section “Joint scientific investigations and development as a source of partner projects in the field of technological innovations: perspective directions and mechanisms of cooperation”. Kuzmin A.V., senior researcher of the Lab of electrochemical material science, presented his research “Solid oxide fuel cells and electrochemical energetics” within the section “Partnership in innovations: projects and instruments of its development and realization”. The Forum gathered together representatives from leading universities, academies of sciences, development institutes of Russia and Kazakhstan and others. This event is considered as the first step of a perspective project which can support the economic integrations of two countries within the frames of Eurasian economic Union. A system of formation, development and realization of joint and beneficial projects in the field of scientific research and technological innovations under support of both countries should be created.
