Method of growing large-grain films of proton-conductive electrolytes based on calcium and strontium zirconates in chemical solutions

The mechanism of microstructure formation for calcium and strontium zirconate films grew on monocrystallic supporters YSZ (ZrO2, doped Y2O3) in chemical solutions has been studied. The conditions for obtaining large-grain films with electrical conductivity not  less than  the bulk samples conductivity were established. The electrical conductivity of the SrZr0.95Y0.05O3-δ film was 4.0·10-8 S/cm at 350 °C and humidity pH2O= 2340 Pa. The method of film thickness determination based on compatibility of kinetic curves identification for pure and covered with film supporters was developed.
