The scientific bench scale testing group was established in 2023. The group is focused on the implementation of R&D in the field of advanced materials, structures and technologies for the implementation of the project on development of the Molten Salt Reactor (MSR) facility.
As part of the project, a module pilot test bench was created to study the thermophysical and physicochemical properties of molten fuel salts necessary to design solutions for MSRs.
